Jeremy, you will need to ask Buds Customer Service to verify the Gen with their Inventory Dept. at 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon - Sat and 9am to 7pm Sunday.
I would contact rock island armory at (775) 537-1444 or email them at support@armscor.com with the model number 51577, or you could try buds customer service at 859-368-0371 Monday thru Friday 9am to 9pm since I'm not finding any information regarding this. I'd imagine with the extremely high demand for firearms right now this would be current production, so gen 2 but not 100% sure. Sorry but hope this helps.
