Erik, the only difference is the PA Model is made in Austria and the UA model is made in the USA. The price difference is due to the number of each in stock. Higher stock = lower price. Cheers and stay safe!

Models starting with a P are made in Austria, ones with a U are made in the USA. So they're absolutely identical other than the country they were manufactured. Hope this helps.
