Edgardo, the slide in MOS Configuration makes it easy to mount a miniature reflex sight on the pistol's slide without the need for a new slide or separate mounting system. Have a great day!
From what I've read from many Glock owners, the Stock Glock Plates do not fare well sooo you might want to get a better quality aftermarket mounting plate.
Edgardo, yes this has a removable plate and can be fitted with a red dot. If you Google the upc 764503034183 you can view better pictures. Hope this helps.
Yes, MOS is the model cut for optics. The Glock plates aren't very good, have been shooting a Glock 41 MOS and 45 MOS, bought plates from C&H Precision that are much better than the ones it came with.
