No, the pistol needs to be on the MD handgun roaster to be legal in MD. This pistol (FP10) is not listed in the MD handgun roaster. However, RF-15 and RIP models are MD legal and are listed on the roaster. I hope this helps
Reginald, unfortunately this model is not legal in MD. It's not a 7.62×39 but I have the one Edward linked to and it's a great pistol, reliable and very accurate. Sorry but hope this helps.
Reginald, I would check with a local MD FFL as the the 7.62x39 and the 5.56 are the same model other than the caliber. This would make them both eligible by their actual Model number : Search Radical Firearms here : https://licensingportal.mdsp.maryland.gov/MSPBridgeClient/#/home
Reginald, no, but this one is on the list >>> budsgunshop.com/product_info.php/products_id/134607/rf+fp10.5-5.56m4-10rpr-sba3+5.56+pistol+mlok+10.5 .....Have a great day!
