Anthony, no, not if you are using the same buffer tube. This is a drop in replacement buttstock for your AR15M16 carbine and uses milspec sized receiver extension tubes, so unless you are changing the length of the tube, you do not need to change anything else.

Anthony, no, you do not need to buy anything else to put this stock on. This is a milspec stock though, so the buffer tube on your rifle needs to be milspec. This will not fit a commercial buffer tube. If you have a milspec buffer tube the end of it will be completely flat. If your buffer tube is commercial the end will be slanted. As long as it's flat this will fit. Hope this helps.
