Hi Daren, yes sir, as long as you are a TN resident. At checkout, on the page where you would choose your FFL, under the list of FFL's click the box that says 'Bud's Tennessee Pickup'. If you intend to pick up an order from our retail store, please allow 4 business days before attempting pickup. When your order is ready for pickup, you will receive an email informing you that your order has arrived and is available, typically in 4-7 business days. Stay safe & have a great day!

Hi Darren and welcome. Yes, if you are a resident of TN. Long Guns can be purchased across State lines but, Handguns can only be purchased in your State of residence. If you are a TN resident, just select the Sevierville Buds Store as your FFL during checkout. Cheers, stay safe and enjoy!
