Hi Joel according to the owners manual - "The RUGER® SP101® revolver chambered in 9mm Luger is only compatable with the 9mm Luger cartridge. Do not use any other 9mm cartridges (9mm Short, 9mm Bergmann, etc.). Stay safe & have a great day!

Hi Joel and welcome. Unfortunately, no Sir. For safety and warranty reasons, under no circumstances attempt to fire 9mm kurz/380 auto ammunition. Cheers, stay safe and enjoy!
