Beretta does not recommend using +P (higher pressure) ammunition in the .32 ACP Tomcat.
your figure of 130 psi is way low the 32 acp has a average pressure of 18,000 psi and a max of 32 ACP ammo operates at a maximum average pressure of around 20,500 PSI
Hi James, the owners manual says "Use only high-quality, commercially-manufactured ammunition that is manufactured in accordance with CIP (Europe and elsewhere) or SAAMI® (USA) standards." Stay safe & have a great day!
