Hi Dan and welcome. All Beretta RDO cuts are just two screws and cutouts on the slide. You have to get a plate from them to mount an actual sight. The most popular is the RMR Plate : https://www.beretta.com/en-us/product/beretta-90-series-red-dot-optic-plate-kit--trijicon-footprint-EUS03052 ------------- Others available below the RMR listing depending on the Red/Green Dot you plan to use. Cheers and stay safe!
With the 90 series it seems Trijicon RMR mounting plate is popular. FIBER OPTIC FRONT SIGHT WITH MRDS MOUNTING Fiber optic front sight offers a superior sight acquisition with MRDS mounting capability to give that extra edge in competition or defensive situations.
Hi Dan, there is no footprint, optic plates are sold separately for the specific optic of your choice >>> https://www.beretta.com/en-us/gun-accessories/pistol-accessories/optic-plates?filters=%3Arelevance%3ApsGunModels%3A92 Stay safe & have a great day!
