Hi Roger, unfortunately no. The following rifles are prohibited: ✘ Semi-automatic rifles that can accept a detachable magazine and have one or more of the following seven features: ❌ 1. a folding or telescoping stock; ❌ 2. a pistol grip that protrudes conspicuously beneath the action of the weapon; 3. a thumbhole stock; 4. a second handgrip or a protruding grip that can be held by the non-trigger hand; 5. a bayonet mount; ❌ 6. a flash suppressor, muzzle break, muzzle compensator, or threaded barrel designed to accommodate a flash suppressor, muzzle break, or muzzle compensator; 7. a grenade launcher. . https://www.budsgunshop.com/feeds/state_reg/new_york_restrictions.pdf
This can be made to be "NY Compliant" but...Bud's will not ship it to NY as it is. If you walked into your local FFL, they would either lock your mag in (So you'd need to load from ejector port or lift upper and top load) or fix it so after every shot you'd need to release your bolt. Then, the other features would be OK.
Hi Roger and welcome. Unfortunately, no Sir. Way too many NY restricted features. cheers and stay safe! NY legal models here: dark-storm.com/dsi/dsi-fixed-mag-firearms/
