Forward Controls Design LLC ABC/R V3 RB Rearward Bias Serrated Black

Description

Product Overview

The Forward Controls Design ABC/R V3 Augmented Bolt Catch/Release is an AR-15 bolt catch designed to make bolt manipulation easier and more tactile when using receivers with ambidextrous magazine releases. In the RB configuration, the upper paddle is rearward biased for accessibility using the user’s left index finger, while the angled, enlarged paddles provide clearer finger placement without needing to visually confirm control surface location.

Key Features

• RB (Rearward Bias) upper paddle shifted toward the buttstock end for easier left-hand access
• Angled, larger top and lower paddles for improved feel and reduced difficulty locating the control surface by touch
• Lower paddle provides increased surface area with a butterfly-style extension while avoiding interference with an ambidextrous mag release lever
• Serrated, tactile paddle surfaces for more consistent contact during manipulation
• Machined from billet 8620 alloy steel and heat treated with a DLC coating for a durable black finish
• Includes roll pin, plunger, and spring (included starting June 15, 2018)

Upgrade your AR-15 bolt control feel and accessibility with the Forward Controls Design ABC/R V3 RB in Black.
