The NcSTAR RugPC Carbine 3.6 inch Picatinny MIL-STD 1913 Rail Mount replaces the factory rear sight base on your Ruger PC Carbine and provides a short Picatinny rail for mounting optics directly in-line with the barrel/receiver sight base area.
