NcSTAR RugPC Carbine Brl RMR Mount is a micro dot base mount and rear sight base replacement for the Ruger PC Carbine. It installs by replacing the factory rear sight base, bringing an RMR footprint optic as low as possible while allowing the factory iron rear sight to remain usable for co-witnessing.
