Product Overview
The Beretta APX Compact is a striker-fired 9mm pistol designed for practical carry and dependable service use. Its compact frame combines a serialized chassis system with a fiberglass-reinforced technopolymer grip housing and interchangeable backstraps for a more individualized fit. The 3.7-inch barrel and snag-free slide profile support comfortable holster carry, while the 13+1 capacity provides useful onboard firepower. A high-definition 3-dot sight system aids target acquisition, and the sights are removable for replacement or adjustment. The pistol also includes a MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny rail for compatible accessories, a reversible magazine release, ambidextrous slide catch levers, and a trigger safety. The barrel uses a tilt-barrel, locked-breech operating system, and the APX can be field stripped without pulling the trigger after its internal striker mechanism is deactivated.
