Product Overview
The Brigade BM-9 is a compact AR-9 pistol chambered in 9mm and built around a direct-blowback operating system. Its 9.5-inch ramped 416R stainless steel barrel provides a stable shooting platform while retaining a compact overall configuration. The 8-inch M-LOK handguard offers flexible mounting space for compatible accessories and supports multiple hand positions. A forged 7075-T6 aluminum receiver, mil-spec trigger, A2 pistol grip, SBA3 tactical brace, and last-round bolt hold open complete the practical range and defensive-oriented setup. The barrel is threaded 1/2x36 for compatible muzzle devices and suppressor mounts.

The shipping was...
The shipping was somewhat slow during the Christmas holidays, but Brigade BM-9 arrived at my FFL in great shape. Fit and finish are excellent. All the specs listed on the Buds site were accurate. I fired 3 different extended magazines at the magazines: the OEM hi capacity Glock, high capacity SGM, and a Magpul high capacity. Oddly, I had a single failure to feed jam with the OEM Glock mag. Still some breaking in to do with this firearm so no real disappointments. The Magpul and SGM had no hiccups. I don't like the SBA3 brace. t's just too flimsy at the back end. I was also disappointed that the forward assist is there, fully operable, but the bolt carrier group is not serrated with notches. It's just a smooth bolt. Not a deal breaker though.
