I recently received my Browning Hi Power from Buds and want to review my transaction and the pistol. First, Buds was a pleasure to do business with. They were fast in shipping and communicating all through the deal. The BHP is a great 9mm pistol. I fired 100 rounds using a combination of 115gr. and 124gr. American Eagle with some Federal HST 124gr. thrown in. No malfunctions. It was perfect. Also, I did not get the hammer bite that I expected. As for the trigger, I was pleasantly surprised. It has a little take-up, then a very crisp break. Was slightly heavy but didn't seem nearly as much as I had heard. I'm OK with its trigger.

Hard to get any better...
Hard to get any better than the Hi-Power in terms of capacity, ergonomics, and shootability. My MK III arrived in less time than quoted, and in perfect condition. For anyone considering this sidearm, understand that it is as reliable as any polymer pistol out of the box. That's right, I've had zero failures with any of my Hi-Powers, ever.
