The Chiappa Firearms PAK-9 brings the familiar AK-style layout to a compact 9mm semi-automatic pistol. Its steel construction and simple blowback operation provide a straightforward platform for recreational shooting and range use, while the polymer grip supports a secure, comfortable hold. A 6.3-inch barrel, 3-dot sights, and external manual safety contribute to practical handling. The interchangeable magazine adapter system allows the pistol to be converted from Beretta-style magazines to Glock-style magazines without tools when the optional adapter is installed. Two 10+1 round magazines are included.

Don't waste your money...
Don't waste your money on this one. First trip to the range had problems from the start. Started having misfeeds right off. Magazine would not stay latched. Once you seated it, when you fired, it would work loose causing the problem. Contacted chiappa and they were willing to make repairs but after I looked into it, all I needed was a replacement magazine well. I ask to buy the part but was told it wasn't available for a Beretta. Funny thing is, this one uses the Beretta 92 mag. I asked to verify the part wasn't available but no response. Told chiappa to cancel my service request. Fixed the problem myself and works fine now. Shouldn't have to make repairs on a new firearm but I understand things happen. What got me was being told the part I needed wasn't available. Never buying another one of their products myself. Hope this helps.
