This is a standard...
This is a standard Armscor 1911 commissioned by Cimarron with the same build quality and reliability as the Rock Island Armory versions. Biggest differences are the WW1 style frame lacking the bevels by the trigger, and the beautiful polished bluing job. The finish alone makes this 1911 worth a look, especially at the reasonable price. My preference in 1911s is of the government-issued variety and this is my favorite that I've ever owned. The grips are nothing special but with these there are millions of aftermarket options out there. Great option for someone looking for a basic but beautiful GI model.

I have a couple of...
I have a couple of these Philippines made 1911 pistols. This one is a very nice high polish with no machine marks or flaws. The straight spring housing and spur hammer are the style I like best. This is billed as WWi configuration, and that's really in the "style" of a WWI pistol. The finish is way too nice, and the ejection port is low, along with an incorrect trigger and magazine. Generally a good effort including missing frame cuts as the pistol is pretty and functions like the rest of its Philippine brothers.

As of the moment My 1911 just like the other guy's has a purple frame and black slide. I have contacted Cimarron and will see how they handle it.
