A: Yes, it can be reversed for a lefty. Unscrew the large serrated head screw (which also holds the lifter spring) and pull the mag release spring out. Reverse the mag release, reinstall the spring and tighten barely snug and stake the screw head again.

As far as SP01T vs. 75B Omega, just depends on your views on necessity of the rail, overall weight, and safety vs decocker, all of which probably depend on where you plan to use this gun. Personally, if I'm buying a gun to mostly be used at the range or home defense - in other words not carried, I don't mind the extra weight and rail of the SP01T but would probably prefer a manual safety over the decocker. For carrying, I prefer a decocker to carry hammer down and lighter weight and less bulk, hope any of that rambling helps!
