A: Yes, any standard scorpion magazines will work fine, the 10-round mags are just for certain state compliance.

A: Edwin, yes Sir. Most manufacturers including CZ make firearm packages that have 10rd magazines so their firearms can also be sold in state that have magazine capacity restrictions. The firearms are exactly the same but just have 10rd mags included. The pistols will also accept any standard capacity magazines just fine. Cheers and stay safe!

A: Unfortunately this is not new jersey compliant/legal. It's a semi automatic with a magazine outside of the pistol grip and has a threaded barrel. So that makes it a no go in new jersey. Sorry but hope this helps.
