The FN FNS-40 is a full-size, striker-fired semi-automatic pistol chambered in .40 S&W and configured with a manual thumb safety. Its four-inch stainless steel barrel and stainless steel slide provide a durable silver-toned finish, while the checkered polymer frame offers a secure grip and interchangeable backstraps for a more personalized fit. Fully ambidextrous controls support comfortable operation from either hand. Three-dot night sights with a deep-V rear notch provide a clear sight picture in low-light conditions, and the MIL-STD 1913 accessory rail accepts compatible lights and lasers.

Incredible pistol....
Incredible pistol. After taking it apart to froglube, took it to the range. Put 200 rounds through it in about an hour. Fit and finish are impeccable, and the pistol is one of the most accurate I have ever had the pleasure to shoot. .40 s&w had easily manageable recoil. Can highly recommend this pistol to anyone looking for an extremely accurate handgun.
