The Freedom Ordnance FX-9 is an AR-style 9mm pistol built around a modular billet aluminum receiver set and a reliable blowback operating system. This FDE configuration features an 8-inch black-nitrided barrel, a free-float M-LOK handguard, and a 3-inch faux suppressor. Its AR-15-style controls include a manual safety selector, proprietary magazine release, rear charging handle, and polymer pistol grip. The FX-9 accepts Glock-type magazines and uses a mil-spec buffer tube-compatible receiver extension, making it compatible with a broad range of AR-15 accessories.
