The Freedom Ordnance FX-9 is a modular 9mm AR-style pistol built around a blowback operating system and Glock type magazine compatibility. Its billet aluminum receivers use a Type III anodized finish, while the steel barrel and operating components receive a hard black nitride treatment for wear resistance and corrosion protection. A 4-inch barrel is paired with a 3-inch faux suppressor, a free-float M-LOK rail, Picatinny top rail, AR-15 style controls, rear charging handle, and an SB Mini Brace. The FX-9 accepts mil-spec buffer tubes and provides a flexible foundation for compatible AR-15 accessories.
