A: The Maryland Handgun Roster Board formally reviewed and approved the GForce Arms Jawbone Pistol (9mm) for sale within the state. While the firearm itself is completely legal to own and purchase, Maryland state law prohibits the sale, manufacture, or transfer of detachable magazines that hold more than 10 rounds within state lines. Since the Jawbone standardly ships with high-capacity Glock-compatible magazines (such as 33-round or 26-round capacities), an in-state dealer will typically have to remove or pin the magazine to comply with the 10-round limit before handing it over to you. If magazine capacity is the only restriction buds will remove non compliant magazines and ship without magazines. You would be responsible to acquire compliant magazines.
