It's a beautiful gun...
It's a beautiful gun that shoots comfortably and is easy to clean. I've had two significant issues with it though; - It shoots low. The Rear-sights need to be adjusted and Gunsmiths tell me they can't do it, must be replaced by manufacturer, which means shipping fees and FFL fees, and time wasted. - the Magazine disconnect IS TRULY a problem, causing a heavy pull that throws off aim. And many gunsmiths refuse to remove it. Removing it may void the warranty. - Guns like the springfield SA replicate the hipower WITHOUT the magazine disconnect, but are about 300 dollars more. Whether this was worth it remains to be seen.

I bought this Girsan...
I bought this Girsan Hi Power Clone due its near one for one copy of the Browning Hi Power Mark III. The fit and finish will beat other clones on the market. Though this is a clone of the Browning Hi Power I made a few modifications so that it looks just like the original Hi Power. It shoots and handles just like the original Browning Hi Power I used to own but at a more affordable price.

Only drawback I can...
Only drawback I can see in it is some cosmetic blemishes on the inside of the frame where the forging was a bit off. Not in a stress area so wont affect reliability or lifespan. The other thing is it has internal design changes to the trigger so to remove magazine disconnect you have to remove the entire trigger group to remove it. Its not the same as fn or ingles marked pistols. You cant just move the transfer bar and pull it out.
