The Heckler & Koch P2000 Variant 2 combines a durable polymer frame with the Law Enforcement Modification double-action-only trigger system. Its cold hammer forged polygonal barrel is built for long service life, while the interchangeable backstrap system allows the grip to be tailored to the shooter. Ambidextrous magazine and slide release controls support right- or left-handed operation, and the three-dot sights provide a familiar aiming reference. The extractor also serves as a loaded chamber indicator, and the slide includes open mounting grooves for compatible accessories.

Very underrated...
Very underrated firearm. Well over 2K rounds fired, not a single hiccup. The polymer seems to be very high quality, slide milling & barrel as well. Very impressed. Now I know why these things are so expensive, totally worth it though. Night sights are very bright.

This is my second...
This is my second product purchase from Buds, and again I'm pleased with the entire experience from trade-in to delivery through my FFL. Having experience with the P2000 Variant 3 (V3), I sought the Variant 2 (V2) for its DA only utility and decreased trigger pull. I am extremely pleased with the LE package with 3 mags (13 rd capacity) and installed night sights. First 50 rounds of Federal 124 gr FMJ fired flawlessly. At about 6 lbs, the trigger pull and travel is very comfortable for this double action only weapon. After adjusting the rear sight and grip backstrap for my shooting style, achieved center mass 9/10/X rings consistently on my next 50 rds. Now while I like the V3 with its short travel SA and decocker, the V2 is exceptional with its point of aim=point of impact alignment and ergonomics. And it makes for a very good concealed carry weapon. Highly recommended.
