A: Racheal, the only difference is the H&K VP9SK 9MM 3.4" OD Frame 10 + 1 has "Night Sights" and the H&K VP9 SK Double 9mm 3.39 10+1 has "Standard 3 - Dot Sights".

A: Gerald, no Sir. This is not an LE/QP designated Pistol. H&K does have some pistols that are non LE come with 3 Magazines. I received a non LE Pistol with 3 Magazines before Christmas of last year.
