The Kahr Arms CW9 is a slim compact 9mm pistol designed for convenient carry and straightforward operation. Its locked-breech, striker-fired double-action-only system combines a consistent trigger pull with passive safety features, including a striker block and trigger safety. The black steel-reinforced polymer frame features textured polymer grips for a secure hold, while the Matte Stainless slide provides a durable, low-glare finish. White bar-dot combat sights, a white-dot front sight, and a drift-adjustable rear sight support quick target acquisition. This CW9093HM package includes two magazines and an ambidextrous leather belt-slide holster.

This has been a great...
This has been a great gun. I have owned it now for a couple of years and it has not jammed once, with hundreds of rounds through it. I was using it at the range some at the beginning. Now it's my go to carry. Some people on line have tried to give Kahr a bad name, but I have not had nothing but good success using it. I give it four stars and would have given it 5, but when I received it....the trigger was to heavy, and was pulling a little to the right when shooting. It since has been fixed and at 20 yards is within a couple of inches and at 10-15 yards is dead on. It's a good gun....and I wouldn't be afraid to tell anyone to get one.

I purchased the CW9...
I purchased the CW9 after seeing the amazingly affordable price (with 2 magazines) and hearing how well they performed. During the 200 round break-in period, I had multiple failures to fed, double feeds, stovepipes and unintentional magazine disconnects after a couple of rounds. However, the sights were perfectly aligned, trigger pull continued to improve and most of the malfunctions stopped around the 150 round mark. \\r\ \\r\ With standard pressure 9mm ammo, the 7 round magazine performs flawlessly in the CW9 but the 8 round magazine unintentionally disconnects occasionally with standard 9mm and more frequently with 9mm p ammo after a few rounds. Maybe, my thumb is accidently pressing the magazine release or the pinky finger pressure on the magazine base is the culprit. Also, if you carry the 7 or 8 round magazine in a pocket, a round or two may fall out of the magazine even though the magazine spring feels very tight during handloading. I guess a magazine pouch can only fix that problem. I purchased the extended warranty from Buds Guns, because I read similar complaints on the forums BEFORE I purchased the firearm. I stopped carrying the CW9 for those reasons, but I will continue working on trying different hand positioning with the 8 round magazine or eventually send it back to Buds Guns for warranty repair. The problems I am having with the CW9 could be life threatening in an emergency, so I can not recommend this firearm as a reliable CCW.
