The Kimber CDS9 is a compact double-stack 9mm pistol that combines a slim concealed-carry profile with the controls and handling characteristics of a modern 1911. This gray model features a 3.64-inch threaded barrel, an optics-ready slide compatible with RMSc footprints, and an integrated accessory rail for a compact light or laser. Its ambidextrous controls, reversible magazine release, grip safety, and manual thumb safety support flexible operation, while the stacked recoil spring assembly is designed for extended service life. The pistol includes one 13-round magazine and one 15-round magazine.

THIS is the EDC pistol...
THIS is the EDC pistol I've been waiting for. I just didn't know it until now. Amazing finishes. Reliability has been good so far. No FTF or stovepipes. It's such a good looking pistol. I bought the Kimber CDS9 fitted leather IWB holster and it's the perfect pairing. I've been carrying a P365 for years now and I'm a fan boy. That said, the trigger on the CDS9, the feel, balance, weight, and basically everything is better and more refined than the P365 (as it should be for the $). It's basically the same size as the P365 but handles more like a 1911. I like the CDS9 a lot better than the Micro 9. Good job, Kimber! I mounted a holosun X2 green dot and that really completes the package. The optic cutout factory milling and finish is flawless. I just wish they included the 13 rd magazine instead of the 10 and 15. 13 and 15 would be better. I'm very happy to own this little pistol. It's on me every day, everywhere I go and I forget I'm wearing it.
