Since purchasing this 38 super Kimber in June of 2025, it has been a dream to shoot. I've put 400 rounds through it and no problem whatsoever. Bud's has such a great selection of handguns and the best prices around. I will be back for more. Thank you all at Buds for such great Customer Service.

Like most Kimbers, the...
Like most Kimbers, the barrel lock up is solid and slide to frame fit is tight. After the first range trip, I discovered that a burr on the lower lugs of the barrel had damaged the slide stop pin. Had to send it Kimber for repair. I was not satisfied with Kimbers repair (that's a discussion for a different place) I ended up purchasing a new barrel myself and now it's fine. Overall, I've had great experiences with Kimber but this one did have an issue. I imagine this was an isolated incident and doesn't reflect the majority of these Pro Carry HD models.
