Never owned a Kimber...
Never owned a Kimber but gave it a try. Overall very happy with the gun, so much so I bought an evo 9mm after firing the rapide. The gun feeds well and handles well. The grip scales look uncomfortable but they work well and grip securely. My only issue is that Kimber is stingy with their magazines. I intended on having this cerakoted with a flying tiger theme but I have reconsidered after seeing it. Great looking pistol.

Feels great in the hand and has thumb indent in the grip for a perfect fit. TruGlo TFX Pro sights are bright and easy to acquire. Both Fiberoptic for daytime and Tritium for nighttime. Trigger pull is clean and super crispy. Very accurate gun. \r \r All in all great gun. Only negative is it only comes with 1 magazine.

Pistol shot great...
Pistol shot great right out of the box plus it is just a terrific looking gun. Very happy with this purchase. The only problem I have is it only ships with one magazine. I've been trying to get one from Kimber for a week and a half now. See how long that takes. The service from Bud's is great, as usual.
