Only thing I'm having...
Only thing I'm having trouble with is breaking my new magazines in cause I'm trying to fit 10 rounds in but 8nas of now.Other then that I love my new guns is a beauty.

Beautiful firearm....
Beautiful firearm. However very difficult to keep picture clean. Finger prints turn the finish purple. They wipe right off but corners and hard to reach places stay purple without deeper detailed cleaning. Normal operation of 1911 with that wonderful trigger pull and release. Night sights while cool are not needed for this type of firearm and a bit out of place. I think kimbers intent was right as they just wanted everything on this weapon to be the best they have to offer but this kind of firearm is unlikely to be your bedside tool. 500 round break in period is a little out of line. Spend $1,400 then spend another $200 to break in..... Lastly the mag does not fit well into the mag well. It does drop free smooth as hot butter but when inserting the mag you have to force it in.
