Product Overview
The Kimber Solo Carry is a micro-compact 9mm pistol designed for discreet everyday carry. Its aluminum frame is finished in KimPro II, while the stainless-steel slide and barrel provide a durable satin silver appearance. The single-action striker-fired system delivers a smooth, consistent trigger pull, and the ambidextrous manual thumb safety, ambidextrous magazine release, and 1911-inspired ergonomics support intuitive handling. Fixed low-profile 3-dot sights provide a clear aiming reference without adding unnecessary bulk. The 2.7-inch barrel and 5.5-inch overall length make the Solo Carry easy to conceal while retaining the power of the 9mm cartridge.

Gun was superb to look...
Gun was superb to look at, the wife didn't like it, too heavy. I didn't like it, too heavy and big to be a pocket pistol. You need a holster to carry it. Too small for my large hands, and not enough power for me to carry. Fit and Finish were up to Kimber's quality, I own 5 others, but this one is just not for me. Never shot it and sold it for a healthy profit. The wife will stick with her .357's and I'll stick with my .45's. It does have a nice DAO trigger tho, one of the nicer ones I've felt, but for people with BIG hands and fingers, the bottom end of the trigger is curved just wrong and bites (or pinches / pokes) your finger.
