The Kimber Ultra CDP II is a compact 1911-style 9mm pistol built for concealed carry and personal defense. Its three-inch ramped match grade barrel, aluminum frame, and Carry Melt treatment provide a lightweight profile with rounded edges that reduce snagging during presentation. The stainless steel slide has a satin silver finish, while the frame uses a matte black KimPro II finish. Meprolight Tritium 3-dot night sights support target acquisition in low-light conditions, and the ambidextrous thumb safety, grip safety, front-strap checkering, and checkering beneath the trigger guard provide secure handling. Rosewood double-diamond grips complete the classic Custom Defense Package configuration.

I just recently...
I just recently purchased the Kimber ultra II CDP and i couldn't be happier . This is a gorgeous pistol . Comes with all the bells and whistles on it that i wanted . Feels just the right size in my hand . I'm am planning on using this pistol as a carry gun as it is easy for me to conceal . Has a really very nice trigger pull. Comes with beautiful rosewood grips , night sights , ambi-safety , and checkering on the front strap and under trigger guard . This pistol is pricey , however , after receiving my new Kimber ultra CDP , it was worth every penny and i just love it . Thank you Buds Guns for fast , reliable service .

I bought one of these...
I bought one of these from Bud's about five years ago. It got sold or traded some where down the line.It was one of the accurate Kimbers I had. I saw it offered recently at a great price and picked up another one. It is everything that I remembered. It is very accurate and has very little recoil. The fit and finish is very good and I like just about everything about this pistol, so much so that I have it in the Ultra 45 and Micro CDP. I have several Kimbers and think you really can't go wrong in purchasing one.
