The KRISS Vector Gen 3 SDP is a semi-automatic 9mm pistol built around the Vector platform's closed-bolt, delayed-blowback operating system. Its redesigned Gen 3 upper and lower housings improve handling and provide greater configuration flexibility. A full-length MIL-STD 1913 Picatinny top rail supports the addition of an optic, while the 5.5-inch 4140 chrome moly steel barrel uses a durable Black Nitride QPQ finish and 1/2x28 right-hand threading. The pistol accepts full-size Glock-pattern magazines and includes one 40-round magazine. Its interchangeable polymer AR15/M16-style pistol grip, ambidextrous magazine release, ambidextrous short-throw safety lever, skeletonized single-stage trigger, and tool-less disassembly support practical operation and maintenance.
