The Les Baer Custom Monolith is a precision-built 1911 pistol designed around a forged steel frame with an extended dust cover that runs the full length of the five-inch slide. This distinctive construction adds forward weight to help reduce muzzle movement during rapid fire and gives the pistol its substantial, one-piece appearance. Chambered in .45 ACP, it features a Baer National Match barrel, stainless barrel bushing, polished feed ramp, throated barrel, and a tuned and polished extractor for dependable operation. A low-mount adjustable rear sight and dovetail front sight support precise aiming, while the crisp four-pound Baer Speed trigger aids controlled shooting. The pistol includes an extended ambidextrous manual safety, beavertail grip safety, checkered front strap, beveled magazine well, and premium checkered Cocobolo grips. Its Blued finish and two included eight-round magazines complete a competition-ready 1911 package.
