The Para Ordnance Pro Custom 14 is a full-size competition pistol built around a precision-fit 1911 platform. Its five-inch stainless match-grade ramped barrel, stainless steel frame and slide, and skeletonized match-grade trigger support the accuracy and controllability demanded by serious competitors. An adjustable target rear sight and fiber optic front sight provide a clear aiming reference, while the ambidextrous thumb safety accommodates either hand. VZ Operator machined G10 grips offer a secure, durable grip surface, and the EGW HD extractor and full-length guide rod complete the competition-focused configuration.

This is a great 1911...
This is a great 1911 double stack. I am really sorry that for business reasons Para USA is no more because this really is a terrific weapon. It is very accurate and reliable. A little heavy as you would expect from a double stack 45 ACP but it does feel good in your hand and the weight really reduces the felt recoil. I am very pleased with it and Bud's service

Pistol shoots very...
Pistol shoots very well, with a nice trigger pull and short reset. Very accurate. I have a problem with the magazines. I live with it though. If Para would make a better mag the pistol would be outstanding.
