There is a lot to like...
There is a lot to like about this gun. It feels heavier than it is, which is a sign of good balance. The trigger is decent. Although sometimes described as a Glock clone, it's not really -- the grip angle is 1911, and no parts interchange with a Glock. Glock magazines are purported to work, but you'll be better off with OEM magazines. The real negative with this pistol is the optics cut used on current production, which is about 37mm long -- and fits nothing. No adapter plates are available. There have been at least two, possibly three different optics cuts on this pistol during its production history. Earlier models would take the CTS 1250, and certain Vortex optics (cf: the G&A review of the pistol), but the current cut is much too short for these. I have corresponded with Armscor concerning this issue, and their only response it that it's a 'Riton' cut -- except that Riton currently uses the RMSc Shield cut, which is 40.7mm long. My fix is to have my gunsmith square out the cut, at which point it will accommodate a Holosun 407. Whatever you mount, co-witness is not an option. I have no idea what the Armscor engineers were thinking when they went to this 37mm cut, but it detracts from an otherwise nice gun.
