A: Like I said before I have this gun it is a ambi safety it comes with 1 mag and a hard case. I sent mine back to RIA and had them fit a .40 S&W barrel so I can shoot both .40 and 10 mm in mine (if RIA does the work you still have the lifetime warranty)

A: Michael, Rock Island 1911's do not use firing pin block safeties, just the grip safety and manual thumb safety.

A: No Michael, this 1911 is a Series 70, does not have the firing pin safety. It has the beavertail grip safety, the thumb safety, and most importantly, the shooter's trigger finger - the most important safety of all!
