A: Alex, Rock Island ship their pistols with (1) Magazine Sir. The 38Super magazine is universal to 38Super, 22 TCM, 9mm and 22 TCM-9R and will fit/fire all Sir.

A: z1 mag included yes the mecgar 38 super mag works just fine with 22tcm 22 tcm 9r and 9mm in my single stack 22tcm /9mm gun I also use it in my 38 super 1911 (Taurus) it will also work just fine in the Ria 38 super gun I do suggest trying one to be sure before ordering a lot of them as all guns have their likes and dislikes
