A: Yes it can, very easily Glenn. Ambidextrous manual safety positively locks the sear in the "SAFE" position when applied. Safety can be converted to left-side only with included washer.

A: Patrick the Tactical has a smaller diameter barrel than the Lite. The Tactical barrel measures 0.862" in diameterl. I did not want to use a 22/45 compensator as they are 1.00" in diameter and would "hang over" the 0.862" barrel of the Tactical.
