Product Overview
The Ruger RXM is a 9mm striker-fired pistol built around a removable stainless steel Fire Control Insert housed in an interchangeable Magpul Enhanced Handgun Grip. This design provides a durable serialized operating chassis while allowing future grip-frame customization. Its 4-inch precision-rifled alloy steel barrel features an FNC nitride finish, and the slide supports direct mounting of RMR, DeltaPoint Pro, and RMSc pattern optics. Co-witness-height steel sights include a tritium night front sight for a clear aiming reference with or without an optic. The Magpul grip offers a secure 3/4-scale TSP texture, indexing pads, a beavertail, trigger-guard undercut, flared magazine well, and universal-pattern accessory rail. An integrated trigger safety and internal striker blocker contribute to the pistol's safety system.

The idea of an extra...
The idea of an extra case and extra magazines did it for me with this purchase. The RXM is a good gun and I have not had any problems with it. The sights are high and work well with a red dot I mounted. Easy take-down for cleaning. Nice texture on the grip, too. I recommend it.

Very pleased with this...
Very pleased with this item. The trigger is well done with a distinct let off and minimal over travel. I don't think there's a significant need for an aftermarket trigger module for this particular model. The grip texture is adequately aggressive for wet hands. The sights are more than adequate for any up close encounter and there's an optics ready slide cut for those who want it. I only fired about 25 rounds of mixed cartridges but I had no technical issues. Based on it's dimensions, I believe it would be well suited to OWB carry or a shoulder holster. The range bag and multiple 15 round magazines were a nice touch.
