The Ruger Security-9 is a mid-size 9mm semi-automatic pistol designed for dependable everyday use. Its Secure-Action trigger system combines a smooth pull with a short, crisp feel and positive reset, while the bladed trigger safety and internal hammer catch provide integrated safety features. The pistol features a blue through-hardened alloy steel slide and barrel, a hard-coated aluminum chassis with full-length guide rails, and a textured black glass-filled nylon grip frame. Dovetailed 3-dot sights support quick target acquisition, and the factory-installed Viridian E-Series red laser adds an additional aiming option. Two 15-round magazines are included.
