The SCCY CPX-1 Carbon Muddy Girl is a compact 9mm double-action pistol designed for concealed carry while providing a substantial grip. Its receiver uses 7075-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum alloy, while the Zytel polymer frame adds ergonomic finger grooves and an integral recoil cushion on the backstrap. The stainless steel slide features a Zytel overmolded extension for easier manipulation. A 3.1-inch barrel uses a 1:16-inch right-hand twist, and the 3-dot sight system includes a windage-adjustable rear sight. The internal hammer, inertial firing pin, molded trigger guard, and external thumb-operated manual safety provide multiple layers of handling protection. Two 10-round magazines are included, each supplied with a finger-extension base and accompanied by flat magazine bases.
