A: David, it looks like there is some disagreement among these answers. I can find no mention of the Short Reset Trigger being factory installed on this model; however, what we may be looking at here is the Short Reach Trigger, a thin version of the original P226 trigger that results in the trigger pad being a few millimeters further back but this does not effect this reset distance.
