A: Looking at pictures they look to have different optics plates. I can't find anywhere stating what optics the pro version is compatible with. The pro version looks to have the optics plate in front of the rear sight, so you don't have to remove the rear sight to install an optic. Where this version the rear sight is on the mounting plate, so would have to remove the rear sight to install a red dot. Looks to be the only difference. A: Unfortunately yes, on this model you would have to remove the rear sight. Buds has another model in stock only difference is the optic plate is up further and the sights not as long making it so you won't have to remove the rear sight. The model number is W320C9BXR3PROLE just type the number into buds search and it'll pop up. It's the exact same pistol only difference is it's the pro model and best I can tell only difference is the optic plate makes it so you can keep your rear sight. Hope this helps.
