A: Freight ships every day. Check lots of places as often as you can. When you find one buy it.

A: Scott, yes Sir it is compliant. Details under Handguns here : https://www.budsgunshop.com/feeds/state_reg/new_york_restrictions.pdf

A: YES, it is NYS compliant. Check restriction here ( https://www.budsgunshop.com/feeds/state_reg/new_york_restrictions.pdf ) I hope this helps!

A: Legal in upper NYS with 10 round magazines. Not in NYC. Stay safe and happy plinking!

A: Good to go in New York, downloadable pdf with NY restrictions here https://www.budsgunshop.com/feeds/state_reg/new_york_restrictions.pdf

A: Scott, you are good to go in NYS with this gun, it has none of the banned features. https://www.budsgunshop.com/feeds/state_reg/new_york_restrictions.pdf

A: YES, the +1 is in the chamber. The magazine is 10rd and thus is LEGAL in NJ. Round in chamber DOES NOT count as a part of the magazine. I hope this helps!

A: The +1 is just from chambering a round. The magazine only holds 10

A: It is not legal to order and ship to an FFL dealer in CA because it is not on the handgun roster. If you were able to find one available for private sale in California it would be legal to own, just cannot order one yourself. Here is the handgun roster for Sig guns: https://oag.ca.gov/firearms/certified-handguns/search?make=150970

A: Emmanuel, unfortunately no Sir. It is not currently on the CA DOJ approved Roster : https://oag.ca.gov/firearms/certified-handguns/search?make=150970

A: California DOJ has not added any new guns to the approved hand gun roster in several years, the guns that are currently on the roster have expiration dates, DOJ is waiting for all the certificates of approval to expire at which time they're instituting new stricter requirements which gun manufacturers will need to meet to be able to legally sell in ca. "AB 2847 – This new law will go into effect July 1, 2022, and will require firearms to be manufactured with one micro stamp on the inside of the firearm that will imprint a marking on each cartridge case subsequently fired (prior law required two micro stamps per firearm). It also will require the removal of three non-compliant handguns from the state roster of sellable handguns for every new compliant model added to the list." A: Dennis, no Sir. This specific model is not ported. Cheers and stay safe! Ported P365 in stock here : https://gun.deals/search/apachesolr_search/798681617463

A: Sorry but this doesn't have a ported Barrel. Hope this helps.

A: Dennis, no this does not have a ported barrel.

A: The only ported barell option for a p365 is the P365 SAS (Sig anti snag) that has flush mounted controls and the flush bullseye sighting system. Out of stock at buds right now https://www.budsgunshop.com/product_info.php/products_id/116268/sig+p365+sas+3659sasc+9mm+31+nitron+finish+ft+bullseye+sight+10rd --------------- But if you hit the notify me when available button buds will send you an email notification when it is in stock. You might also look at this model of the shield plus by Smith and Wesson, it has a ported barrel and slide, and in my opinion a way better trigger and a way better track record as a company, and its in stock https://www.budsgunshop.com/product_info.php/products_id/134514/smith+&+wesson+m&p+9+shield+plus+9mm+13%2b1+fiber+optic+ported+thumb+safety https://www.budsgunshop.com/product_info.php/products_id/116268/sig+p365+sas+3659sasc+9mm+31+nitron+finish+ft+bullseye+sight+10rd
