This is your typical S&W pistol; excellent quality, finish is perfect, eats anything you feed it. I typically carry a S&W shield but wanted something with more capacity. I chose the Equalizer but with 15+1 rounds of 9mm, it's a little heavier than I expected. I will carry it but probably only on special occasions.
