While I've only had it...
While I've only had it a couple of weeks, I like the way it shoots. The Range Officers liked it as well. The recoil is controllable, and re-acquiring the target is good. This is my first S&W handgun. Disassembly is easy: lock slide back, rotate "frame tool" 90 degrees (on bottom of grip) remove back strap. Use frame tool to lower "sear" into mag well, rotate "take down" lever to down position remove slide. "Sear" should be in "up" position for assembly. I had no problem with the ammo I shot (124gr-147gr) the gun handled it w/o any problems. I'm sure not if it would be good for CC, as the stippling is pretty rough. That does make for a great grip though. All in all this is a good gun. I would recommend that you check one out at your local gun store and see for yourself then purchase one at "Buds" gun shop.
