S and W used to make...
S and W used to make the best, but this pistol has disappointed me..It is very hard to rack, and I know thats due to the short barrel and stroke, but seems to be more than needed..The safety switch does not stick out enough for easy operation.. The feedramp was ugly..I had to polish it a lot to get it smooth..The takedown procedure is not user friendly, nor is reassembly..The trigger action did become quite smooth after hundreds of dry operation..As many have noted, the grip texture is very rough and hurts my hand...It is difficult to slide ammo into the magazine and I will be polishing the lips to make it better..You do it a full grip when using the 8 round mag, but not the 7 rounder..Overall, if I had it to do do over again, I would have bought something else for concealed carry..
